Sicko comedian Kathy Griffin finds humor in beheadings …

I’m sure by now everyone has seen the disgusting image of unfunny comedian Kathy Griffin holding an image of President Trump’s bloodied beheaded head. It is a brutal, spine-shivering image, way beyond what should be considered OK even by today’s comedic and social media standards.
It is disgusting, sick, vile, extremely inappropriate, and indicative of Griffin’s depraved and incessant need for attention, regardless of how low she has to go to get it.
I’ve never liked Griffin. Actually, I can’t stand her. She isn’t funny. She doesn’t make me laugh. Her humor is without humor, just outrageous, mean-spirited and gross. Some of you may remember her New Year’s Eve co-hosting coverage on CNN two years ago with Anderson Cooper, when she spent the entire evening entertaining America in a bra. Funny? No. Entertaining? No. Stupid? Yes.
Griffin offered an apology last night and ordered the Trump beheading image taken down. I don’t believe one word of her apology. She got the attention she wanted. She created a media uproar. She pleased many of her fans. She also proved just how disgusting and sick she really is.
The world is going through some very frightening times right now. Terrorism and beheadings are something to be feared and repelled, never ever EVER chuckled at, taken lightly or considered humorous.

As much as I found that to be in poor taste, I also recall all of the lynching pictures of Obama while he was President. People felt very free to do that--and that was just as bad

It was at least as bad as this. Trump seems to like being close to and being honored by totalitarian regimes like Saudi Arabia which practices beheading.

It's unbelievable what has become socially acceptable these days. Very frightening and escalating every day. Very depressing.

@JohnRoberts I didn't say anything excuses anyone's behavior. Still, the right does these things much more often. Speaking of Palin, when she had a rally near my home in 2008 someone in the crowd yelled "Kill him!" referring to then candidate Obama and she just smiled and continued with her speech. There's no place for that kind of talk from anyone, regardless of party or ideology.

I was having lunch when that image was shown on tv.... Leave insulting Trump to Alec Baldwin, he is better at it without being offensive.

I'm sure going to miss SNL until it comes back on in the fall! Trump has been the worst sport ever when it comes to comedy parodies. And NO, I'm not referring to the Kathy Griffin video here, I mean the parodies and jokes by the nighttime comics that are actually funny.

I am the odd woman out, I have neither heard of her nor seen that image ..... thank you Great Spirit.
You are so right, the younger generations today seem to be very ruthless and brutal which only goes to prove my point about the human race, generally it can't be trusted but there are a few exceptions thankfully.

Anyone who could do anything as tasteless as she did she not be allowed to subject the public to her kind of humor. I will go out of my way to avoid seeing her. I agree with you totally - beheadings are seriously horrific and should not be joked about.
