Feeling sad as the mango season is going to end.
I will be going to miss all these receipies we made from Mango. I just want to introduce the receipies made in my country in Mango season.
1.Mango Juice
2. Mango Milkshake
3. Mango Ice cream
4. Mango Shrikhand
5. Spicy Raw Mango Pickle
6. Mango Pulp
7. Mango Barfi and many more.
Such a delicious and sweet receipies i like very much. Also Aamras is the most tasty dish and it has many ways to make. I think everyone has different ways to make it.
Also there are different varieties of Mango such as Alphonso,Dasehri,Langra,Kesar,Neelam,Sindoora.

We have three mango trees in our garden so plenty of mangoes inspite of having sold the trees to a mango merchant. I have one basket left which would be the last one for this season and I make all those recipes including serving mango pulp with custard and making a spicy mango curry !
