Dinner time. Care to join me?

This has been a cold day, but I have been cozy in my bedroom with the heater on. Now I will go to the kitchen to cook my dinner. I have some cooked spinach so I will have eggs en cocotte to begin with. The main dish is something I don´t visualize yet. I have sausage, I have rice and I have some chicken broth. Maybe I´ll heat a mug with chicken broth and serve the eggs en cocotte for the main dish. It is easier to do what I want when I´m alone. What are you eating today?
