Noodle Soup and Egg Roll that would do just fine for me specially today.
Not keen on brown rice though I prefer basmati rice.

good heavens no no no maybe more expensive retirement centers have that we do not no I just have my food in my walker AMD eat it
in a few hours so it does not spoil. a few wealthy people here
have private rooms amd s,mall fridges we poorer people have
to have roommates and no amemiies
