Not a Postcard in Sight

Its been ages since I've gotten some "greetings" in the post, I am feeling a little abandonment at the moment - Where are all the postcard ? I might also be to blame as I only sent 10 when I was in Morgans Bay and to date only two of my friends have said their postcards have arrived . . so that makes me wonder . . . are the Camels up to no good again @Asylum? Hopefully this is isn't a negative reflection on how everyone is feeling, but rather that the Norther Hemisphere writers are enjoying the summer and the Southern Hemisphere folk are snuggled up avoiding the cold. What are your thoughts of No Postcards in Sight? I have put together a lovely collage of a few of my latest mail greetings - all beautiful in colour with wonderful well wishes on each.

If you have read the most recent discussions by Barry (@Asylum), you should know that he had serious health issues during the past few days.

I am aware of Barry's health issues of late, which have been since he got home from his last travels. I chat to him often. Its very sad and I am hoping that he gets better soon and as he would say "show some signs of improvement."

@Inlemay I hope too, it's a long time he is fighting with health problems. Let see if he can find a doctor who can help him soon.

I too have not had the lovely stream of postcards gracing my mailbox these days. First of all, the post office did not forward 17 postcards from postcrossing,. That is upsetting and they are looking for them but have been looking for several weeks. Secondly, the renovations have disrupted my sending postcards. I just don't have time to sit and write fun thoughtful and decorated cards. So I must set aside time for that. Will send you something real soon!

I did receive a postcard from Morgans Bay, but have not really been anywhere lately. To be honest I seem to spend most of time now either watching television or in bed.

I've slowed down a little. But this week I've had two postcards registered after over 80 days travelling. One person apologised and said they hadn't got around to it!!!

sadly i aint stayed'n touch with folks 't all this year. hopefully i can remedy that soon? 'tis been so long since i've sent any out, i cannot e'en recall what ones i sent to whom. awful when there's so few to choose from 'round these parts. big hugs!! 'n give those camels a break, lol.
