Who ever thought that boys who dance ballet are not the superhero type can eat their words. When a man fell on the subway tracks in Manhattan on Saturday, 31 year old Gray Davis sprung into action doing more than just a grande jeté. When he saw that no one else made an effort to save the fallen man amidst screams by the onlookers he jumped, picked up the the unconscious man and lifted him to the platform where onlookers helped.
After getting the man to safety he heard the train coming and then it struck him as to how high the platform was. He used his ballet dancing skills to swing his leg up and onto the platform and to safety. The superhero, along with his wife are members of a ballet theater where his wife had just finished a performance. Just prior to the incident he watched his wife perform but he didn't dance due to a herniated disc. They had just left the show when the incident occurred.
On another note, the fallen man regained consciousness prior to being taken to hospital and a woman has been charged for pushing him unto the tracks.
Have you ever used a special skill to save or help someone out of danger.

@Freelanzer I am so jealous. I had only seen a ballet show in the movie or on TV.

@Freelanzer , ballet dancers need to have excellent core strength and a high threshold for pain. I am so happy this ballet dancer used his skills to save a life. How mad of that woman to push that man.
