Well, my husband and I don't really celebrate when we got married we celebrate when we started dating. We have hit the ten-year mark and I am choosing a new ring to present to him with both out names on it. I think it is time for me to wear something that has our names on it. I was going to get a tattoo but I heard that those were bad luck haha. I already have to get my second son Tattoo haha. Yes, I want something that is cute and I saw a Rose Gold one from Kays, but I am going to look at Jareds too. I love to personalize and it is not in the thousands which is good. I really don't want him paying that much for a ring for me. I told him to go back to wal-mart and get me a new one but he told me no, he wanted to get me something from Kays or somewhere like that so I am excited. I hope he likes the one I made. I am choosing a few and then we can look at them together. I am a Military Spouse so 10 years and married 6 is a great accomplishment for us because of the deployments and the pcsing that goes on. I am going to see what I like and go from there, but here is a pic of one of them.

I think it's nice that you want a ring with both of your names on it. When we were getting married and looking for rings, we were going to engrave them on the inside with our names on it and our wedding date. Unfortunately, we didn't have the time to do it as we started looking for rings pretty close to our wedding day. We got married November 2016. We celebrate our anniversary of when we met and when we got married. We acknowledge both every month on those dates, but we don't necessarily do anything special every month for it. We met on the 4th and married on the 6th. I wanted to get married on the 4th, but it was hard to do because we could only get married on a Sunday; and there are only so many Sundays in a year that happened to be the 4th of the month, and where the weather is still good.

Yeah, I tell him Happy Anniversary on our wedding date and make him a nice card. October is when we got together so we tend to go out and everything if he is here. We did court house marriage because around the time we were getting married haha we had no money and we were being stationed in California lol. Our families are so far apart we have been wanting to do a nice real wedding but we will have to see.

@Keyia120 It's never too late to have a "real" wedding. Maybe you can renew your vows... We had an actual wedding but thanks to our parents who split the cost between them. Otherwise, we'd not have a wedding and just go with city hall.

Yes, I thought that he would like that because he can't wear his ring because of his job. He has to keep up with it as much as possible. I am also thinking about getting him a necklace or a watch. I gotta save up some money haha.

Wow! I am deeply touched by your story. It was just so romantic. The ring is very nice. And it's good to hear that you're still both in love with each other very much. I'm sure he will be happy if you give him a ring.

That's nice and elegant. But rings with name doesn't really a hit for me. Goodluck to your marriage life and may God bless you more happiness.
