I got to taste garlic bread and did not know it would make such a difference to the bread with just a dash of garlic. Garlic does wonders to so many things. The ginger, garlic paste when added to meat dishes tells another story. Do you like garlic? Where do you use it? I know some eat raw garlic. Supposed to be good for the heart.

Although garlic is not something I really like, but somewhat I like the garlic bread. It is so delicious. Garlic is very healthy and scientists found that it can avoid cancer. Perhaps we shall try to eat more garlic.

Love garlic. put it on most everything. I don't eat it raw but I use fresh Garlic or dried minced garlic or garlic powder in so much of what I cook. I use it in soups, I use it in cooking hamburg or any other type of meat, I put fresh garlic in my pressure cooked meals, like corned beef and cabbage, or rice dishes, I put it on bread with butter to make a garlic toast, It taste good on almost anything that isn't sweet.

@allknowing I add minced garlic to my Ramen noodles, and fresh garlic to homemade soups. Soup is the perfect place for garlic.

I have never tried it in soups unless I season with it which means I will be frying garlic in oil. We have many recipes that call for garlic seasoning

I use fresh garlic or a product called Garlic Lovers' on almost everything I cook, along with Italian seasoning and a product called Aleppo pepper (instead of black pepper). We both like garlic a lot.

You are making your own garlic bread. I get so tempted reading posts here where many say they make their own garlic bread. I will try too.

I can't eat it raw. As someone told me ,I tried it with honey on empty stomach , that was the last I had such thing. Ginger garlic paste is common to use in some dishes. I like garlic bread too.

When I was a teacher, I had a seat at a table in the staff room where several garlic aficionados were concentrated. They teach either French or Italian. It was a low grade of torture. I didn't move away, though, because I liked them notwithstanding.

We use Garlic seasonings from a place called Garlic Gourmet. These are usually sold at little Festivals around the area. They do so many different varieties and we enjoy them with so many different types of food.

We use garlic while preparing most of the dishes and pulses. Garlic bread is one of my favourites but I take it occasionally only because basically it is prepared with refined flour (Maida) which is not good for our digestion system.
