Boys will be boys, and cats will be cats, and Scar will be KING OF THE WORLD! 
And woe to any that challenge His authority.
Especially in HIS yard.
It seems Scar has finally decided to teach the groundhogs exactly whose yard they have been daring to show themselves in.
He just pooped in front of the groundhog den. 
Bringing 'marking his territory' to an entirely new level. 
The deer better be careful, they are next on the list...I am afraid to see what He has planned for them.

One of the cats who homesteads on our front porch showed up with a squirrel the other day. I guess he got tired of the squirrels running around the yard with impunity. It is the first time I've seen this cat catch anything bigger than a small lizard. The squirrel was nearly as big as he is.

I'm still surprised that being on a lead really doesn't stop Scar...he's caught 1 squirrel and 4 birds while on his lead.

He was raising hell about wanting to take a walk to the end of the yard, so I finally gave in...and I'll be damned if he didn't walk down, do that, and then want to go back up to the porch
