Guided meditation

Sometimes you have to just relax to let go off. It works miracles believe me. I tried it and had good results. So I do weekly some guided meditations. It will clear anxiousness from your mind. The process which I follow. Go to youtube.com once a day or week. Type guided meditaion. Take a video and have your headphones on. Time to relax. It will refresh to keep you back in track. So try and tell me the effects.

Meditation helps us to come to level 0; which is the ground state. It is advised that we have to short- live all the situations may it be happiness or sadness... this will help us to track where we are and could keep in control of the situation.. I see meditation as connecting to the self- the inner-YOU ...
