Taking some good advice

Last week when I felt sorry for myself over the fact that the postcard frenzy has suddenly dried up, I was given some good advice from @MALUSE to head back to my stash of postcards from an era before me . . .
I found this beautiful one sent from Switzerland ~ Helvetia says the stamp ~ to Else in Germany, in the year 1959. The Year I was Born!
I love the waterfall and it fits in with my theme of travel of late, traipsing all over the countryside and climbing to places only goats normally go . . .
(not quite sure where the picture was taken, maybe someone can give us more information on that)
Last night I started watching a new series called 'The Durrells' - "The Durrells is a British comedy-drama series based on Gerald Durrell's three autobiographical books about his family's four years on the Greek Island of Corf" and so it seems I find myself in Greece once more and I am loving it.
I think my two visits to Europe most certainly put new flavours of enjoyment into my memory bank and I just cannot get away from them. I actually seek them out!

So this is a Good Monday Morning Wish from me, keep telling us your stories !

Now that my bathroom renovation is nearly complete, we are taking a break and I hope to build up my postcard arrivals too by getting them out. I miss Barry's travel cards. They were really wonderful.

@Asylum They certainly did. It was fun to travel along via the post cards. You always chose wonderful cards.

I love the quote. I love that postcard you found of Switzerland, but knowing nothing about Switzerland, I hope someone can tell you more about it.
Enjoy the new series about Greece, and good Monday morning to you too, though I'm sure it's much later by now.

When I was younger I collected postcards, but gave them away later so I don't have many left.

I really like postcards but I've never got the chance to have a collection of them.

.
The picture is great, only the haystacks are telling us that it is not from this century.
