Do they Pay a Geek to hack your personal data?

I read recently that a company that has computer technicians paid off to uncover customer PC's history of contents of CHILD PORN. This is serious. Yea, it's illegal to go to those sites and more illegal to post images and links to more and if you go and download illegal images you will be sorry, if one of those GEEK INFORMANTS lets the FBI know your IP address and you end up behind bars for it. On the other hand, privacy rights advocates seem to think it's their way of defending the constitutional freedom of privacy act to create a wall that stands between offenders of the law and the law enforcement community to take actions against those who abuse their civil liberties to download illegal child porn. Do you think it is fair to just give criminal minded perverts an escape door to evade the efforts by law enforcement agencies by invoking the privacy act? In all honesty I think more needs to be done to PROTECT CHILDREN from abuse and internet predators.
Judge rules images found on a defendant’s hard drive inadmissible – but bats away contention that he had an expectation of privacy when he passed his PC to Geek Squad

Freedom is a double edged sword and one cannot hide behind it when the issue on hand is far more serious , I am all for law enforcement where it is essential especially where child abuse and such issues are concerned

The popularity of the internet helped the abusing people to grow rapidly. Though there is civil freedom to view, there should be strict laws to protect our little angels.

There should be heavy punishment and even if the site is foreign and not in the so called legal jurisdiction of one country, the people who are in the perpetrator's domain should be the ones to throw the book at them people.
