Although McDonald had sponsored the Olympus for over forty years. But the situation changed now. I think perhaps McDonald is already very world famous and there they think it is no need to sponsor the Olympus.

It's about time for some other big company to take their turn at this.

Perhaps Visa or Master? I often see their sponsors.

Oh I wonder why they did? Yes it may be that they do no longer need the exposure.

The cost may be so much and therefore they think it is not worthy to it.

there is also no direct relationship of the fastfood to the sports. hehe i think because people are more conscious of what they eat now - it could have been a conflict as well. =)

In fact I don't mind eating in McDonald's sometimes. It is fast and fine for me.

I haven't read any specifics about this but it could be the Olympics are charging too much money to be a sponsor and McDonalds is going through a tough economic time right now.

I think today it is not easy for the host to earn from the Olympics so much.

Yes I guess that this is the only reason which can explain for that. What I read is that McDonalds now has different priorities. I am wondering what those are.

It souls be that right now it is economically more difficult to sponsor the Olympics.
