Hello everyone. Happy Wednesday! It is a beautiful, cool, and sunny morning here at the Jersey Shore. 60 degrees F with a high of 85 I believe. A perfect summer day.
I am up "early" this morning but the fact is that I've been up for most of the night. I didn't sleep well at all. My lower back is killing me but I don't know if that's because I spent *too* much time in bed. I decided to lay down at about 6:30pm last night with my Kindle to read and I didn't get up again until 6am.
I'm headed to the gym in 20 minutes or so. I decided to do an 8am class this morning so I don't have to worry about going tomorrow in case we are out late tonight playing bar trivia. For now I am drinking a cup of coffee in the hopes that it will perk me up a bit for the drive.
After the gym I have no big plans for the day. I need to find a new book to download. That's about the extent of what I have to do today. Rough life, I know! What's everyone else up to?

My friend and I are going thrift shopping later. I need some summer blouses -- bought a few new pairs of pants at a Penney's sale online but need a couple more tops. Our local hospice thrift shop usually has nice items, and I love to support them.
My son and his wife used to go to pub trivia. I don't know if they still do. Hey, I sure hope your back feels better. Don't do it in at the gym!

@marlina they usually have a pretty good selection. And I might find some old VCR movies my mom and I can watch together, too

@Courtlynn If I had one, I would. I think my husband took the ibuprofen to work with him. I might run to CVS and get some. I'll live. It really isn't that bad.

@HAPPSINGH Yes, for a change, I slept well last night and it is probably why the words come easy for me this morning.

Gym exercise won't aggravate your back further?
