What a good service!

Lately a screw of my glasses felt. Then I told my mom to bring it to the glass store to fix it. It is nearby and it is not expensive to fix it because it is only one screw. I just don't have this kind of small screw at home, or I can do it myself. My mom brought back my glasses today and she told me it was free of charge. I was so surprised to it. The glass store staff even took apart my glasses to clean every part of it. As he said he had never seen so dirty glasses before After that, he fixed it with a new screw. And that man told my mom that she could take her glasses to the store to clean them everyday because it is just nearby Wow! We don't expect to it at all and that's so much I put on my glasses and it is quite clear. It is just like a new pair of glasses I didn't buy my glasses there. Even if my mom did buy her glasses there, it was long time ago. But I know if I want to have new glasses one day, I will go there because I am really pleased to their service

haha, I think it sure must be embarrassing for your mother to hear about the "dirty glasses" comment! Perhaps you can clean the glasses before you ask your mum to bring it there to fix the screw again,

It can not be cleaned by myself. Sometimes only the ultra sound machine can remove some stains

An optical store near my home offered such service to my father as well a few months ago His nose pads fell off We were thankful :)

Since we will not buy new glasses all the time. So it is important for the optical store to provide us good service and therefore we will consider it in the future.

In fact my glasses even were bought from that store. So I was quite surprised that they not only fixed my glasses for free but also cleaned it well.

When my glasses get dirty I wash them wth warm soapy water and I dry them with a soft cloth.
