Things I realized from roadtrips

While on my little trip today, I was reminded of a few things I learned about myself while going on all my different roadtrips.
One, I absolutely hate driving next to big trucks. Which we were stuck doing for a bit today.
Two, I also hate going over bridges. Which stinks because it's the only way to get off and on, Cape.
Three, Tunnels. Hate them also. Never understand why though, as I haven't been through too many.. lol.
Four, I love driving by farm areas, and seeing horses.
Five, I love driving by popular places while on my way somewhere. I.e - MetLife stadium while on my way to NJ's Six Flags.
Six, I'm not the best person to drive 11+ straight hours with. Sorry Steven, lol.
Have you learned anything about yourself while on roadtrips? Or do you not pay too much attention?

@Courtlynn I think it is from my childhood riding the choo choo trains through tunnels was always a little bit scary but exciting.

Never thought about this @Courtlynn but probably many might say they learned they don't want to drive 12 hours or so daily for a living!

I don't like driving in general too much traffic where I live. And I absolutely do not like driving by those big trucks especially 16 wheelers they scare me and trailers too!
I like driving along the coast or beach views though and stopping by of course!

Yes, those are very scary. Thankfully I don't drive and don't plan to, so only have to worry about everyone elses driving.
Yes those are nice views. But I've seen beaches too much im not much of a fan anymore.

I still enjoy road trips; however, like you not a fan of driving next to big trucks. We like to see how many state license plates we can find and unusual places to stop along the way.

I'm at peace when I'm on the road. Also, I'm not the best to call shotgun. I'd rather stay in the back seat and sleep!

I can see how that would be annoying, or least not relaxing and fun.

I don't mind to drive long road trips as long as no traffic because you have no problem than get stuck in the middle of traffic and stay there forever.
