So with the beginning of July here and the 4th around the corner my question for today is: What was the best fireworks display you've ever seen/attended? One of best I see is from my friend's porch every year. Their neighbors shoot off a fantastic display right over a river located near his home. Most of the towns around my way always have fireworks displays. I also saw a good one at Disneyworld but was not 4th of July related. How about you?

@dgobucks226 I love fireworks but I actually haven't seen any for quite some time. But I will tell you something that was amazing and a scary experience. I absolutely HATE flying in a plane! I can't get comfortable because I feel like I'm going to die lol I know that's extreme but I just hate it. 2 years ago, my brother and I went to Sydney to visit family. We left just a little after New Year's Eve. We got on the plane at night time. The scary part for me is that I just don't like looking out of the window. That's where the scary part is ( scary for me! ) but my brother said "Look, fireworks." I slowly glanced over to look out the window which gave me the heebie jeebies but I saw fireworks being left off and it looked so amazing. I've only ever seen them from the ground so it was cool to watch them go off with me looking down on them.

Too bad they cannot figure out how to make them quiet, but I guess people like the loud boom.

Seems to me all fireworks displays are fantastic... even the small-scaled ones at just some local carnivals at a nearby park in the spring time...

There is something special about seeing those colors explode into the sky. One town close to me does a fireworks display every Thursday night during the summer. I always enjoy seeing the show.

I saw fireworks off an ocean pier as a kid. Watched them from a distance on occasion.

Here, they shoot them off the top of Pikes Peak at midnight on New Years Eve. That's my favorite.

Yes, fireworks on New Year's eve is a big deal around the world. Probably a good idea, the way things are in the world today, to celebrate making it to the next year.
