This morning I used my bread machine to make the dough. I just needed to put all the ingredients inside and then the dough will be ready within two hours. After that, I just used the dough to roll the sausages and then the sausage rolls were done
Nothing left at all. Actually I planned to make it as breakfast for tomorrow.

@DesirousDreamer It can make the bread automatically. But I personally think it is better for me to let it make the dough and then take it out. I will add some ingredients to the dough and bake it with my oven. The bread will taste better in that way.

looking good, do you steam them or what is the procedure after dough is prepared and roll the sausages?

other mylotters do that, too. they say the bread machine is a big help when preparing the dough, then they take it out. the texture reminds me of siopao (steamed buns) but using a sausage/hotdog as filling. i think it's healthy because it's steamed , not fried.

Those look yummy! We make something similar here called pigs in a blanket. I use small smoked sausages and croissant rolls to wrap them in or refrigerated biscuits.
