Animals are continuously being 'used' to make 'money'; whether it's Bull Fighting, Horse Racing, Dog Racing, Zoos and they will go to any lengths to fill the wallets of the owners, regardless of the effect it has on the animals.
I am not a fan of any of the above and when I heard last night on the news about the racing dogs in Florida being given COCAINE by their trainer; well you can imagine I went ballistic.
To heck with the suffering the dogs will be put through; oh no, let's make money. Dog racing is banned in 40 states but there are 12 of the 19 dog tracks located in Florida. This isn't the first time either that cocaine was found in the dogs' system.
The trainer has had his license 'suspended'. No SH*T?? How about some prison time!!! Dog racing should be banned in ALL states.
At least 12 greyhound racing dogs in Florida have tested positive for cocaine, and their trainer has had his license suspended. It's at least the second instance this year of racing greyhounds testing positive for cocaine. The dogs raced at Bestbet Orange

It is a shame what these dog owners do to the greyhounds. Totally agree about the prison time!
