Mylotting while waiting for breakfast.

Good morning, friends! I´m mylotting here while waiting for my daughter to give signs of life. She brought breakfast to bed to the kids and they are watching TV (I can hear those awful cartoon voices from here) while they play with their tablets and eat breakfast. At this time of their lives, they can still multitask We rented to units so we have 2 kitchens. But we are using theirs as the kitchen here is where the kids sleep. Yesterday, at the supermarket, I bought a different salami for us all than the brand we all liked. After I ate some yesterday, I think that I will have to eat it all by myself as it has too much pepper. I always forget that when I´m in another part of the world, some of the food taste different than at home. Have you had that experience?

Yes, indeed. I think that some people who smoke taste things differently. Something about their taste buds. So maybe more pepper to them wouldn't be so bad.

I seem to have a very sensitive stomach when I travel, so yes, I'm very careful! It's sad because I want to try everything!!

Good morning Marguicha. Its always pleasure to experiment the different taste buds. But too spicy is little bit difficult.

I am always cautious about what I eat in a foreign country.

Aruba´s food is all imported. But even food from a big country, such as the US, is alien for us. I don´t mind, but my family is more used to typical Chilean food ans my daughter does not use many spices so that the kids can eat it.

Is it still edible at least? I have forgotten that as well, and it's not always just in a different country. Sometimes that happens in different parts of one country.

I loved the salame and so did Sofía. But the rest of them would not eat it.
