Are we living in the last days?

What day ..what time ...Does this world really have a time limit .. As Christians we are taught about the last days . The things to come and how our world will appear before the coming of Christ . I wonder how many of us really believe this . I mean the evidence of the word is showing up in the things that are going on around us, they validate what the word is saying. Do we believe or not ?

I believe that we are at the end of times and I believe that the signs of times are happening though some people are ignoring them. We have to pray people..confess our sins and accept Jesus as our savior. It's the only way.

Amen janice . This has to come in time . I stand in no judgment of those who dont believe...We all have our own free will . Yet I would stand with you in hopes that more would come to Christ and ask forgiveness for their sins . Thank you so much for your words ..Please be blessed.

They 'validate' it? How? Because vague 'prophesies' are happening?

Yes JJ ..that is the question ..So is it safe to say that these are in your opinion coincidences ., or just lucky guesses .. ?? Evidence to some may just be pure coincidence to others . Is this a faith thing or a lack of faith thing .. ? However yes these things that are coming to pass are enough to question one's doubt ..Small or Vague ..sometimes the truth is hidden in a place where only a few can obtain its value.

@JolietJake LOL..I see ....47 years to in waiting huh ..lol ..I get that .I have asked so many times before if we are in the last days why have the elders before us been saying this as well . The answer given in the word was ..For we never know the time or place that his timing is not ours . I guess that is where faith must show up again ...Thank you very much for that comment

I am one who believes that we are living in what the Bible calls the "last days" described in 2 Timothy 3:1. In fact, I think that we are in the final days and that very soon (I make no time predictions) something big will take place. I am keeping on the alert and in expectation as I watch world developments.

@DanielleWites Thank you Danielle! Is there any particular scripture that you can share as to why you think that things can happen soon?

@1hopefulman 2 Corinthians 5:10 , John 14: 3 ,Mark 13:32,
Acts 1:7-8 ,Luke 17:34-371, Thessalonians 4:16-18, Mark 13:24-27, Revelation 20:2-5, Revelation 11:15-19, Now these are just a few that I found that support the word on the coming back of Christ and the ending times ...However there are so many more Felix....Yet supporting facts are always important to have . Great question thank you

I'm not religious in the slightest but I do believe that, as a species, we are in decline physically, emotionally and intellectually. It's nothng special. Civilisations have thrived and then disappeared many times in the past. Species become extinct. Such is the nature of life.
As far as the planet is concerned it would be no bad thing for our decline to be terminal thus allowing Earth to recover from our excesses.
As for prophecies I'm very much with @JolietJake on that one.

@DanielleWites It looks like we both think we are living in the last days but for totally different reasons.

@WorDazza Yes I can agree ..but I think what we must do now ..Is appreciate all the life we can while we have it ..Live everyday as if there may not be another .While enjoying the moments .

According to the prophecies in the Bible, we are living in the last days of this old system.. The earth will not disappear, but God's Kingdom will start ruling.. It is interesting to see how clearly the Bible described what is going to happen in the near future.. Why not search here:

The world will definitely end when the sun burns itself out. That is predicted to be billions of years away. I don't think humanity will last that long though as we are too many and have upset the natural balance of things.
