In my 20's, 30's and 40's, I was 5'11", 135 pounds and 36-26-36. Now at 66, I'm 5'8", 106 pounds and 32-27-34. Time to get out The Rack (Medieval Torture Device); pizza, beer, pastries, ice cream...no wait.
Then we're talking: high cholesterol, heart disease, diabetes and probably a poochy gut. Can't win for losin'.

@nanette64 I have a problem with acids. So I have to watch any food that is high in acidity. I do love fresh spinach salads though.

@TiarasOceanView Boy that 160 would have been tough at 5'5". I had a girlfriend that was 5'2" and when she delivered, she weight over 200 pounds and the doctor told her that was just fine. Seriously??

Yeah, no kidding @TiarasOceanView . The most in my life I ever weighed was 150 and that was from my addiction to Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Other than that, when I was 9 months pregnant, I only weighed 140.

The cause for my loss in height is spinal injuries too and of course I have Osteopina and Osteoporosis . The feet thing? Oh yeah. I did have a size 10, how it's a 9 @crazyhorseladycx .
