Did you ever yell at someone?

Depending on the type of situation, this ends up becoming inevitable, right? 
For many times we want to control, but sometimes it's something much greater than our will to control. I think that anyone who has not gone through such a situation is just a matter of time / opportunity.

When my cat get into things and I have mess to clean up I do yell at her and feel bad that I did afterwards. When I am not feeling great and want to rest and get well and she does something and I cannot rest but have to fix it I yell and I know that not good. I need to learn to just talk to her and not yell.
