Are you part of any "paid" online communities?

And I dont mean like MyLot. When I take paid surveys on sites such as Swagbucks and Opinion Outpost,occasionally I have been offered to join an "online community" that lasts X amount of months, where you do some surveys and polls and other things.
The only weird thing is while you get points for completing the survey (like $1 or whatever), some of these communities incentivee are as little as an "entry" into a drawing to receive a gift card. In fact a lot of them it seems is like this. Which is frustrating, joining it under the pretense youll be paid something. Others may give you gift cards for participating or paypal money which of course is more desirable.
Are you part of any of these "online communities"? What has been your experience?

I have been members of communities like that before. It has been a long time since I was part of one that paid good.

I prefer sites that pay cash in some way or online like paypal such as inbox dollars where I can do surveys, offers, and watch videos and make a little money and cash out when I reach $30.

Yes I am apart of swagbucks. I don't do it every day but when i am bored then i will get on it and see what they have to offer. I mostly just do mylot half the time.
