There is currently a campaign that is trying to convince Dwayne Johnson to run for President.
Imagine Former WWE wrestler and Highest paid Hollywood Actor Dwayne Johnson is running for President.
If he ever won the US election, He will be 2nd Black President,The first Canadian President, The 2nd biracial president, The 1st Pacific Islander president, The first Samoan president, 1st wrestler president and the 2nd actor to be President. He wont be a Democrat nor Republican. he will be an independent candidate.
Most independent candidates are dead on arrival because they are not allowed to attend the debates if they cant reach 15% of votes.The Rock is mainstream in popularity though so he might be able to make it in the debates.
Madonna,Kanye West and Katy Perry also interested on entering politics.

I just found out he is considering it. I dont know if he will be a good president but I know he will do great in debates because most Wrestling promos are impromptu.

@Plethos so if you are a double citizen and you enter politics you have to let go of your other citizenship? His mom is Samoan but she is full pledged American and he got his American citizenship because of her. I think he might be able to handle debates.

@CaptAlbertWhisker - i forget rocky johnson was born in canada. he may be "politicaly" forced to give up his canadian citizenship by his opponents, just like ted cruz. but who knows, the political landscape is changing right before our eyes. far as i know, to be president you have to be a natural born u.s. citizen, nothing saying you cant hold dual.

Obviously it would depend on who else was running but I sure wouldn't rule him out. He's about 1000 times smarter and 1,000,000 times better as a human being than the current illegitimate POTUS. If we're going to elect "stars" at least let's elect REAL stars and not reality show losers.

@CaptAlbertWhisker I am sure I have seen a western starring Ronald Reagan and I remember he was the journalist who reported the opening of Disneyland in California in 1956. I have an old DVD where you see Reagan speaking in the Disney park.
