How to reduce body weight naturally ?

I have reduced a weight almost 5 years ago with heavy workouts ( brisk walking ) and diet control. Now due to busy schedule i gained more weight and almost started following diet controls... But i do not want to change my life style. I need to reduce my weight without this much of pain and should be done in a natural ways.. Please advise

Drink lots of warm water, reduce carbs and fats, have more lean protein, do yoga and pranayam, especially kapalbhaati. Use ayurvedic meds if you're worried about side effects. Medohar vati works fine. :) Have a lot of raw veggies and fruits, and fibres in your diet. Have a light meal at night.

Drink water before meals and keep walking within your office, ,home wherever possible and eat as before but cut down on portions..

You could try a lighter workout regimen. Even just goig on a half an hour walk per day will make a big difference. Best of luck to you.

Thanks dude. I used to be in that state like doing heavy workouts. The thing is these days due to my schedule i'm looking for simple ways.. but still during weekends i'm performing heavy workouts

Cut down on carbs/fats like sweets and oil. Eat more salads, fruits and veggies. Drink lots and lots of water. Little bit of jumping jacks should help us reduce weight.

When I weighed 60kg, I did not exercise. Instead I changed my daily food diet. I ate porridge for 6 months, DAILY. I had tofu, eggs, veggies and twice a week fish only. No meats, maybe once a month. In 6 months, I lost 15kg, I weighed 45 kg now. That is my secret
