I have figured out how to do the site now and you don't need a smart phone. It did take me awhile, so am here to inform on how it works, as I am working on unlocking a free watermelon and there are several products you can unlock. They are called challenges.
First you will need an online account and I used my home phone number and now my husband or I can give the phone number at the store. Clip the coupons on the site and what you want to earn for free by using the loaded coupons. I clipped several coupons including small milks. There are many choices on my page and the watermelon will be free after we use 2 coupons. Each coupon can be used once.
My ad even has a coupon to save money by spending $30 save $5. I'm enjoying shopping at Sprouts Farmers Market. I have figured out to get free items.

This is for their online part and they have coupons?
Glad you are getting good bargains.
There is a Sprouts store here but too far away from me.
I love Sprouts but there is a Natural Grocers right across the street from me so that is where I go..they have coupons every now and again.

Awesome! They have some coupons you can print. But I found out I can never find those free items at my local Sprouts so I stopped looking for the free items.

I'm sorry to hear other areas don't have freebies that can be found. I was really excited to see my first freebie is a watermelon.

They have freebie coupons but I never find them or they're not available at my local Sprouts.

It has lots of organic and non organic fruit and vegetables. I don't have enough room in my yard to grow enough food for my family, so visit this store.

I like the store and there are many people using coupons with their phones. The store is really popular in this area.
