What do you think of vegetarianism?

This is a practice that is becoming more and more popular in the world and has been gaining many fans over time. It's an option extremely healthy, but I find something particularly hard to follow. Have you ever tried this?

I am more of a veggies person and that's common here. I heard lots of health benefits of a vegetarian, if it's good nothing wrong on following, after all health is more important than anything else.

Although I like eating vegetables, but I am not a vegetarian. I also like eating meats, especially beef and seafood. I can't totally get rid of meats.

I haven't tried it. It is one of those things that works for some people and doesn't work for others.

I had only tried once in Tajikistan. I basically didn't have any meat in my system for a year. It is so difficult.

Well since I am getting tired of trying to find cheap meats, I may just go this route instead.

I don't know if I could adapt to a strict vegetarian diet per se. I do try to increase my fruits and veggies and eat less meat.

I am all for it but it has come to light that many of these vegetables contain harmful chemicals too.
