A wonderful anthology of short stories.

I am reading a book I got at the resort. The name is "Mixed" and it is written by authors that are from mixed races and each short story is about that subject. And while I liked very much the book, some stories were much better than the others. The plots have to do with the problems arisen in the US where the authors live. I discovered that in the US, race problems (and problems that arise from mixing) are very different that the ones we have here. Here, problems are mostly class problems that arise from the amount of money the person has. I haven´t finished the book yet, but I would absolutly recommend it. Do you like short stories? Or you prefer novels? Fiction or nonfiction?
