It seems like the fringe sports all put out action-filled movies on a regular basis. Mountain biking is no different, with a plethora of films to choose from.
1997's Chainsmoke, although only 35 minutes long, set the bar incredibly high for mountain bike movies.
Featuring now-legendary mountain bikers such as Tinker Juarez, Missy Giove, Alison Sydor, Shaun Palmer, and Miles Rockwell, Chainsmoke is packed full of mountain bike action, accompanied by a great soundtrack.
I've linked to one of my favorite scenes: Shaun Palmer (I've met him. Nice guy) getting dropped off by a helicopter for a screaming fast downhill that is quite a fun watch.
Enjoy!

Interesting, I would ride a bike up there just to get lost from people. Pretty cool, I always like people who live life their way.

Palmer and Missy Giove in particular live life on their own terms.

Oh, no worries. I understand if you can't watch it.
