When you were a child did you experienced to save coins through piggy banks?
This is the tradition of our grandparents passed onto us. So when we grow bigger we are given piggy banks where we can put our coins. And our piggy banks at that time are so simple... just made from bamboo, just that. There was a time we are also given with piggy bank made from clay. The design is just like pig.
My children now have their own piggy banks. They save coins from their school's allowance. They wanted to buy something so they said they are going to save. Three of my youngest children have their own piggy banks.
Well, its not only children are saving money in piggy banks. We are too, saving money in piggy banks and banks.

I was just reading on another site, where some people are supersitious about saving coins and consider it to be bad luck.

That sounds so cool to have a piggy bank like that! My piggy bank was a pringles can that had a slit in the top to put my coins in haha!

when we were still small kids, each of us 6 siblings had our own piggy banks; mine was a red one but cute. we also had our own tin glasses, and mine was colored red and small.

Back then piggy banks and being taught the importance of saving and working for an allowance was great. They need to bring back some of the awesome piggy bank styles
