Sunday morning is WOW time, World Of Dance, that is . What a show! All that different dancing, after watching it all I feel like doing is dancing through the day! I think dancing is the most fun form of exercises, and I have been told I can dance well, actually, I have won prizes for dancing. And though I love watching sport I am terrible at most sportsĀ  (I got hit in the face by a soccer ball when I was in primary school because of terrible reflexes) need I say more? Can only shake my head, really. Do you like dancing or watching dance shows? What is everyone doing this Sunday? Enjoy the last day of the weekend, all.

Even though I don't care to watch the dancing shows, I do like to dance. Nothing like ballroom dancing though. I was always the first on the dance floor and the last to leave.

@bluesa I guess we will just have to dance in our own homes.

I can relate, when I used to go dancing they had to drag me off the dance floor. A pity we can't have more dancing in our lives.

Maybe you can start dancing again. I was doing the zumba dance some years back and my aim was to lose weight. I think dancing really is a good exercise. My Sunday was a good one. Went to visit some relatives

Hi, Anna, dancing is great. I also like watching golf as long as I stay away from participating @LadyDuck or I might get hit by a golf ball.

@bluesa I like to play golf, not like a competition, only relaxed, so that I can enjoy what I do.

Yes, if at all possible I choose dancing over just watching dance. The soccer ball in the face or the dancing, lol? Figures about sports

@bluesa Dancing is much more fun and great exercise. I got smacked in the throat with a tennis ball once. Ouch, but I finished the game. I was so embarrassed!!!!

We don't have that show here, sounds awesome though! What kind of dance do you do? I agree dance seems to be the most fun exercise form

I did a bit of modern dance and ballroom. I really do enjoy this show. I hope it will be broadcast by you. Yes, most else is too boring to me. If I was more flexible I might attempt yoga, but I would probably end up needing medical care.

I love dancing. I do dancexercises to music. I was invited to join a women's cricket team years ago, but I refused. I would hate to be hit by a hard cricket ball.

Hi @Kandae11 . Dancing is the best :). Oh! I have to agree, if a soccer ball stung that much, I wouldn't want to imagine the damage a cricket ball would do!
