Vegetable Salad Dressing!

July 30, 2017 11:01am CST
I like fruit salad but when I begin my journey to living a healthy lifestyle, I began to like eating vegetable salad. I'm not fond of salad dressings bought from the store (except one that I couldn't find now) because I recently learned from a cooking show that I've watched that we don't know what they put in there. If you would recommend a healthy and tasty salad dressing from the store, what is it?

I do like ranch dressing but I know there are other things that are healthier like olive oil and lemon juice.

I've *never* used salad dressing from a store! I use good olive oil and 'aceto balsamico' which is Italian vinegar made from grapes. A bit of pepper and salt and that's it.

If I put salad dressing on i make my own version of thousand island that I got from a friend. I usually now make tuna salad and put carrotts and celery in it and mix with dill and mayonaise. It is very tasty. I used to make sort of a salad and then put tuna on top and eat it like that.
