You could have been kidnapped!

Philippines
July 31, 2017 10:16pm CST
The other day I was heading home from my brother's house when I saw kid. She approach me and asked about a certain girl and her location. I quickly told her to head over to the security guard and ask from there or she might get lost. When I was heading out I told the guard never leave the girl out of her sight until she found the person she was looking for. I can't believe I forgot to warn her first hand that what she was doing was dangerous and she could have been kidnapped... The lesson there is that she should have asked for her number, address and text her first before visiting her.

What's a kid doing there without anybody with her? That's kind of weird.

I think she was going to attend a party or something judging by the clothes she wear @toniganzon but i was afraid that she might also be part of a syndicate or something so I let the guard help her instead since they know every one on the neighborhood.

I hope that she finally met with the person she had to. It is dangerous indeed. She should have got all the details concerning the other person.

Yes, it is so scary now to let our kids just roam around the neigborhood. Who knows there are some bad elements of the society in the place.

Hello @SIMPLYD There are always bad elements on the area and this kid simply had no clue where she's going. I would have scolded her but she's not my kid and I was in a hurry.

I think asking the exact location would be the best thing to do. Or maybe she has the direction but doesn't really where to go.

I wonder how kids can be sent out without proper guidance. They must accompany some elders. I hope she is safe and reached her destination safely.

I did something like this when I was a kid. My parents found me in the middle of the highway. Imagine all the scolding I got after.

Yes, she should be with someone older than her at least so that she would not get lost. Hoping she got there safely also.

Funny how people still do not teach their kids that and that adults in jobs like that do not pay attention to such things. Glad you helped her and were there for her.
