Tonights Dinner - Oven Baked Pork Chops

Tonight I am going to make a dinner that I make about once a month. Oven baked pork chops with cheesy potatoes and corn with green and red peppers. Typically I use Shake and Bake for the pork chops. Tonight I will be using my own recipe. It is easy to do and always turns out delicious. The coating on the pork chops is a combination of Italian bread crumbs, garlic power, and Parmesan cheese. The potatoes are mashed with little pieces of provolone cheese and the corn is one of the Bird's Eye Steamer packets. It's nice to be able to get a delicious dinner with a little bit of time and effort.
