What's for dinner? August 7

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I am on my own tonight but that doesn't mean that I'm not going to cook a full meal. I am making skirt steak seasoned with Montreal Steak seasoning, steamed snap peas, sauteed mushrooms, and Miracle Noodles angel hair (no carb, no calorie "pasta"). The skirt steak was going to be grilled but it is raining and windy outside so I will pan-sear it in my cast iron skillet and finish it off in the oven.
That's what's happening here. What are YOU having this evening? Do tell!
