Incompetent workers / myLot

I have just reported a customer complaint. One of the drivers have sent our products to the wrong company. I have no idea why this can happen despite the delivery order being stated correctly. I have doubts whether the logistics hire people who can read. This is pretty dangerous as our products are pure chemicals.

That is not good at all. I hope this got straightened out and that they talked to the driver about this.

That's not really good! Has your employer done something about this employee that has costed the company money for correcting his/her mistake? I think if I were the employer, I would take it out on the employee's salary, graciously. She/might have a sick child or wife/husband that's bothering in his mind. I would investigate first.

oh geez, that is scary. Seems like someone is going to get a stern talking to. It is a same that people sometimes just simply do not pay enough attention to their work.
