Yep you spelled it right. That sounds good--except for the beans. Good idea. I'm planning to have quesadillas with salad tonight for dinner.

I passed on breakfast and lunch, and just had a few slices of deli turkey, 3 cookies and now wsiting on chicken and potatoes dinner.
