Ugh, some say this song is what started the disco craze, personally they need a smack in the face, with a 2x4. Seriously though, this one spawned a few other crazy group dances, like the electric slide, line dancing (ugh) and yes, I danced this one, The Macarena, which I can still do, amazing enough. So, let's do the hustle! Actually let's not!

Ugh, me too, it got over played at every school dance, that and the boot scootin boogiiiiiee! God, that brought back some nightmares

@librarygeek1980 - We saw Marcia Griffiths at a Reggae Sunsplash concert in Breckenridge. It seemed like she did the "Electric Slide" for, like, 30 minutes.

I went line dancing only once. It was enough to say never again, I'd rather slow dance the old fashioned way too.
