Today is my follow-up consultation to my cardiologist; I am number 3 in the list, and my doctor will start seeing his clients at 2:30PM. I better feed the dogs before 2PM so I can be in the clinic before 2:30. But I will still have to have my laboratory examination, so most probably; I have to leave at 1:30PM.
My son will accompany me. I will be missing my afternoon TV series, but wait… there is a television unit at the laboratory facility, so while waiting for the result of my laboratory examination, I will have the time to sit down and enjoy watching my favorite series.
I hope my PTPA is within my normal range. Otherwise, I have to adjust my dietary limits again.
I will be missing this site too, which I believe, is not very active today.
Who or what will you be missing now?

@ridingbet , I don't know, but, it is worrying me a bit. Though I wasn't able to be very active here on Thursday either. I hope it becomes a bit more active.

Your still on a diet? I have struggle going diet..I think my uric is a bit high and I noticed it every time I eat some chicken with gravy. Take care of yourself.

no, definitely i am not on a diet because i am restricted to eating dark green leafy vegetables. i have just maintained my normal weight according to my height (BMI) so i don't need, definitely, to be on a diet.

my PTPA result was within my normal range; it is 2.46 and my range should be 2-3.
i was not able to watch my TV series because the TV set in the laboratory was not switched on to the channel
