Well, I reached 1000 points on Crowdtap a bit ago, and got a message saying,
"Reward Achieved" !
and not long after that an email saying:
Hey, Tapper
...you've won a gift card !
The email also said that I would recieve it in 1-3 days. I thought that I was going to recieve $5, but maybe it's a $5 gift card?
Anyway, on to the next 1000 points !

I love getting the messages from them saying I reached the 1000 points and I had a reward one of my favorites amazon card. Good luck getting to your next 1000 points and next $5 amazon.

Take polls, comment and watch short videos. For each you get so many points. Then when you reach 1000 points you can cash out for a reward.
