@prashu228 And good night to you, get a very restful sleep! It's 3:30 in the afternoon(12th), here in Michigan:) I had a toasted English muffin for breakfast, banana, and coffee. Lunch was a warm blueberry muffin and Swiss cheese and Supper, I'm not quite sure yet:)

Rasam is made of water, tamrind, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, all these ingredients are boiled, and then seasoning is done. Hope the picture helps. This helps in digestion .

We get out and eat if the day when we have no energy and tired. Normally we will have rice, mee soup or fast food like KFC when we go out. Hope you are getting rest enough before you start the day tomorrow.
