We had more to talk about with my daughter and it was not a short conversation.
We had to check online about what each of us had bought in Aruba (more or less). After adds and subtractions, we discovered that she owes me some money that she´ll pay me when she is paid.
Then we did another math. I lent her money to buy her new car. I have some money from my inheritance and the only place it is not risky is the Bank, but it does not give me much interest. On the other hand, when the Bank lends money (as it would have been with the money to buy a car), that money has very much interest, plus all sorts of insurances.
I lent her the money for her car and we split the amount of money the Bank pays me and the amount of money the Bank charges her. We both win!
We drank several cups of coffee and I cooked some spaguetti and ate it, as soon as she left, with pesto. I always have pesto: it´s so handy!
What did you have for lunch?

Let me get this straight..amount of money bank pays you...that would be say 5 percent so 2.5 percent each and bank charges her 8 percent, so you get 4 percent of that ..it would work as 6.5 for you and 6.5 for her..:) Am I understanding it correctly?

The Bank gives me, let´s say, 2,5 a month for depositing my money. But if we borrow from it, it is over 5 of interest. We split it with Claudia. I´m her Bank
and we split the interest. Claudia pays less for borrowing and I get more than what the Bank would give me for placing my money there. We both win. And Claudia gets the bonus that if she can´t pay me one month for any reason, I would not do anything to her.
