Now I'm wearing a jacket

A week ago I was complaining about its being way too hot, hotter outside me than inside me. Two days ago it suddenly went down to 21C, which felt really cold after 38C, and I had to wear a light jacket. It has also been raining for the past several days. Today it's a little warmer, but I'm wearing long pants. But I am still wearing no socks because I want to remember that it is still summer! How long do you think summer will hang on here in the northern hemisphere?

Wow that is a drastic change! No wonder you have a jacket on. We won't be seeing cold weather for a while. We normally get our autumn weather in October but that is only in the evenings, where in the afternoon it is still so hot.

@petatonicsca I know some places here already get pretty cold in the evening. But I'm closer to the southern hemisphere so..it is just hot all the time haha!

Oregon... yes, I used to live in the PNW (Vancouver) and it was always rainy. Not a lot of summer.

We had the same kind of weather, from too hot (37 C) to 19 C in two days. Now it's a normal temperature from 26 to 28 C during the day. It's a weird month of August.

Summer is almost gone at my place..it's rainy now..which keeps the environment cool...I love this season..

your weather does sound very chargeable... I hope it settles to something you enjoy better ... here in spain it will stay hot for several more weeks...
