On the Horizon Today

Friday!! Second Friday of our school year. On the horizon for us today is a fire drill this morning. That will knock about a half hour out of our schedule when all is said and done. This afternoon, for two hours we will have "character education" outside, going from station to station talking about respect, responsibility and four other good qualities.
At home, I will be packing for an overnight to the OKC area. I have family there and I am friends with some people there in Guthrie, as well.
The image is a cute little car we saw once while driving down the road.
That will put a real dent in our weekend. It will be a nice change of pace, though.
See you later in the day, I have almost finished my first cup of coffee.

The ideas they present with are fun and cute. I was with third graders and I know some of it goes over their heads.
