Sleep When You Are Sleepy

Can you fight against your sleepy condition? I'm a failure because I can't fight against my sleepy mood. Last night I realise that, how helpless I'm! I don't have control to my sleepy mood. For me this is something like, as we are helpless to our death so we are helpless to our sleepiness. So, I would like to suggest all, sleep when you are sleepy because our body need of rest and this is the only way to recharge ourselves and get back to work. . . . Photo: pixabay

I am the opposite..I do not rest when I should. My eyes will not close lol

When I am at work I am sleepy and I have to fight against it that I get headache.

I wish I could sleep when I get sleepy, but often that is at work.
