New Call of Duty

So they are coming out with yet another Call of Duty, this time it is covering WWII. The official release date is not till November 5th but if you preorder it, you can get in on the open beta. So I preordered it this weekend and was playing it a little. I really like this new part of the game called "war". It is a 6 vs 6 map that you have 4 objectives to complete with is a certain amount of time while the other 6 players try to stop you. Once you have completed it or the time runs out you change sides. It is a lot of fun and you actually have things to get done rather that just run around shooting each other like in "team death match". Although they still have that in the game. The guns are of course all WWII era. Even in the beta there are quite a few that you can use. One of my favorites is the shotgun. I wont give away why I like it but lets just say it is different than your normal shotgun. As for all the others there are some good ones but I hope for the real release they are going to have more. One thing I am a little disappointed about is either you can't or I have not figured out how to have a smoke and frag grenade at the same time. Hopefully this is something they are going to change for the official release. Over all the game is great, keeps with the expectation of another Call of Duty. What I really like is they did not put in any crazy "fly" jumping or walking on walls like some of the last editions.
