The Swamp Is Really A Prostitution Ring

Drain the swamp, more like the swamp on steroids 10 fold. I am not sure where to even start with this, but remember when I said it was pay to play. It is even much worse than that. This article that the New York Times just posted shows how our country is really being ran. There is not anything about the poor, saving the middle class, trying to grow the middle class. Nope, really just how Washington is really one big prostitution ring. The prostitute is the country itself,as they sell it off piece by piece to the highest bidder, while lining their pockets in the process. Might not sound like something new, as we all knew this was how corporations have been doing it for as long as we could remember. What is different now, is wealthy foreign countries are now buying policies in our country. I had to stop reading when they said Saudi Arabia was pouring in huge money so they could influence policy in the United States. That is right some of our laws now could have come from the leaders of Saudi Arabia. What the hell happened to this country? People are worried about statues, poor taking welfare, poor illegal immigrants coming in that we hire. Meanwhile, the people we just elected are selling our country off to our enemies because they have lots of money. This capitalist system just keeps getting better and better. This is a really long read and like I said, I did not finish it. I will go back eventually. People may hate reading about such things, but better to know than to be blindsided.
His presidency has changed the rules of influence in the nation’s capital — and spawned a new breed of lobbyist on K Street.

Yeah, pretty eye opening stuff, but imagine many will just brush it off as more fake news.

@crossbones27 - Yeah, fake news. Like the New York Times isn't a real news source.

My only question is whether or not we can believe the media, they can take a video of any politician and edit it so that it shows either the good or the bad that they want us to believe ....... I'm no longer sure what to believe.
