The HR Officer gave me the one-day suspension the other day, for the pepper spray incident. He was apologetic that he still have to serve it.
At least, I was able to use the one-day suspension to my advantage, because yesterday was our hometown fiesta.
So, yesterday my hubby and in-laws went to our hometown and attended the fiesta at my parents' house. They went back to the city without me because I still went to two of my friend's house for their fiesta invitations. I didn't eat much anymore at my friends' house anymore, because I was already full from my parents' house. So they wrapped some of the foods I like to have as take out. 
The suspension gave me a fun day instead as you can see in the picture.

I missed you too my friend. DianneN messaged me today that she is missing me too and asking how I was.
I am so happy I find friends like you all here.
I didn't know about that as we had a long weekend because of the holiday and all of those were spent with my friends at my hometown. I will soon make posts about them, so you can see our very happy pictures.
No matter what account he will make, he will me identified by his IP address. ha ha ha

Well, it was one of the violations as stated in our Code of Ethics. It was unintentional as to the effect but it compromised the health of the employees, so the corresponding disciplinary action has to be meted out. I expect that actually, because I know our Code of Ethics.

It was a slap on the wrist.If there was no the one-day suspension,you wouldn't attended the fiesta .

Actually, I expected the one day suspension because I know that it is one of the violations in the cOde of ethics of the company.
Though, the HR officer have to apologize that he still have to make the formal memo of suspensions in compliançe to what is dictated in the code of ethics. I told him not to feel that way, because i kñow that it is his duty to have that imposed.
So, he gave me that memo the day before the fiesta, which he came to know because I filed to him my leave of absence for the next day, the fiesta at our hometown.

Yes, it was perfect timing and actually the HR officer timed it for that.
The one in checkered dress is the owner. Her husband is a Swiss and they live in Switzerland and have a restaurant there. They had this constructed as their retirement house.
It's a beautiful house. Just small, but will be surrounded with lawns fron and back of the house, of which she is taking care of to be done while she's here alone for a vacation. She comes home every 3 months. She actually have a ticket for December, when she comes back for a vacation again. She will be going back to Switzerland mid of September.
Isn't it so nice to be working abroad?

@SIMPLYD a small house makes sense if there's only 2 of you, anyway, and being surrounded by soil, grass, plants and trees means it's cooler and breezier, unlike occupying the whole lot and cementing everything.

I am happy indeed that at least the HR officer gave it to me the day Before I take a leave so I can attend the fiesta at my hometown.
I am happy to see you all. My weekends though lng because of Holidays the past two Mondays were spent with my friends who came from abroad .

Well, actually my officemates have forgotten about t already and I have made a public apology about it , a week after that happened in ur townhall meeting.
But then, since The incident is a violation stated in our Code of Ethics, the HR officer has to impose the corresponding disciplinary action.

Well, a fiesta will always turn out to be enjoyable because every house in the town has foods prepared for their acquiantances who will be coming. This time though, after eating at my father's house! hubby said they will be going back to the city already, since he has to go back to work still, I asked to be left , so they went home without me. I proceeded to my two friends's house . The last one was that in the picture.
