Anyone having issues with Swagbucks Shop & Earn?

I made a purchase online at Barnes and Noble through Swagbucks. No pending SB appeared in my account so I contacted support about it. They told me to wait thirty two days from the purchase date and if nothing showed up in my account by then to contact them again. I waited for that amount of time but as I suspected no SB ever showed up in my account; not in pending SB or awarded SB. I reached out to support again and they credited me the SB. Now, that amount doesn't show up in the pending or awarded SB in Shop Activity, which I don't like as I'd like to keep track of all my shop & earn purchases and credited SB. But it's more important that I am actually credited what I should than where that transaction shows up. I made another purchase after this one through Swagbucks. It was at Ticketmaster. So far nothing is showing up in pending SB either. I have a feeling that the same thing will happen with this purchase that happened with the Barnes and Noble one, and I will have to contact support again. But thirty two days haven't passed yet. So will wait and see. Maybe this time it will appear. I love the fact that I can earn SB for online purchases to help me get to the SB minimum required to redeem for PayPal faster, however, I hate that I seem to have issues with SB being credited to my account without having to contact support about it. I've had this happen to me a few times before this as well. It is very frustrating and annoying too. I don't want to deal with this every single time I make a purchase. The good thing is every time I contact support I get credited what I was owed. Anyone experience this with Swagbucks Shop & Earn on many occasions or is it just me?

Not really sure how this is supposed to work b/c that is a part of Swagbucks we have avoided here! Sometimes I have to question my points for other activities, but they eventually show up.

I never had issues with other SB being credited. It's only the Shop & Earn not appearing/being credited until I contact support that is the issue for me. Although sometimes I do a survey and get disqualified but do not get 1 SB for trying to do one because the page that loads is black with nothing on it. Perhaps it's my anti-virus that's causing this. I remember I was activating Ticketmaster shop & earn and I would get a black page after activation, so couldn't do anything. I chose to pause my anti-virus for a minute and tried to activate shop & earn and it worked.

I hope so too. Just wish I was able to just make my online purchase via Swagbucks and not have to worry about my SB being credited or not.
